Canceling renewal
You may cancel future renewal using the billing controls made available through Solvy or the billing provider. Cancellation does not automatically mean an already completed billing period is refunded.
We want billing issues handled clearly while recognizing that monthly AI generations create immediate processing costs and digital output.
You may cancel future renewal using the billing controls made available through Solvy or the billing provider. Cancellation does not automatically mean an already completed billing period is refunded.
Solvy uses paid AI processing to create strategy and visual output. Once a monthly generation has materially started or completed, the service has incurred processing costs and the resulting digital work is generally non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If you believe you were charged twice, charged after a confirmed cancellation, charged the wrong amount or affected by another verifiable billing error, contact support promptly with the account email and transaction details so the issue can be investigated.
If a paid generation cannot be delivered because of a verified product-side technical failure, support may first attempt restoration, regeneration, credit restoration or another reasonable remedy. Refund handling depends on the facts, billing provider rules and applicable law.
A change of mind after accessing or using generated digital content does not automatically qualify for a refund. Please review the offer, included allowances and subscription terms before starting a monthly generation.
If there is a billing problem, contact support before opening a payment dispute where practical. We will use available account, subscription and transaction information to investigate legitimate issues. Fraudulent disputes or abuse may lead to account restrictions.
Email contact@techmenagency.com with the Solvy account email, transaction reference if available, the date of charge and a concise description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers or passwords by email.
