TERMS OF SERVICE

The rules for using Solvy AI, your monthly subscription, and AI-generated content.

1. THE SERVICE

Solvy AI is a subscription software service operated by Techmen Agency. It helps businesses create a monthly social-content plan, captions, calls to action, visual directions, and AI-generated social creatives from information and brand materials supplied by the customer.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information and use Solvy AI only for lawful business purposes.

3. YOUR CONTENT AND BRAND MATERIALS

You retain your rights in business information, logos, brand assets, reference materials, instructions, and other content you submit. You give Techmen Agency the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, and transmit that material to service providers solely to operate, secure, maintain, and improve Solvy AI.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use any logos, images, trademarks, fonts, references, or other materials you provide. Do not upload content that infringes another person's rights or is unlawful.

4. AI-GENERATED OUTPUT

AI output can contain mistakes, visual artifacts, inaccurate text, or material that requires human review. You are responsible for reviewing generated captions and creatives before publishing them, including checking claims, prices, dates, trademarks, regulated statements, and other business-critical information. Solvy AI does not guarantee that output will be unique, error-free, legally compliant for every jurisdiction, or suitable for every advertising platform.

5. SUBSCRIPTION AND MONTHLY ALLOWANCE

The current Solvy AI Monthly plan is billed monthly and includes one business/brand, one complete 30-post content month per billing period, and up to five individual post regenerations per billing period. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over unless Solvy AI expressly states otherwise.

Your subscription renews until canceled. Billing, taxes, receipts, payment-method updates, and subscription cancellation are handled through Paddle, our merchant-of-record billing provider.

6. CANCELLATION

You may cancel through the billing-management tools made available in your Solvy account or through Paddle's buyer portal and transaction emails. A cancellation scheduled through Paddle generally remains active until the end of the current paid billing period unless Paddle or applicable law provides otherwise.

7. REFUNDS

Purchases are subject to Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy, including any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. See the Solvy Refund Policy page for a plain-language summary and instructions.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use Solvy AI to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, impersonate others deceptively, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse usage limits, or use generated content in a way prohibited by an applicable AI or platform policy.

9. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We may change, maintain, suspend, or update parts of Solvy AI as needed for security, reliability, compliance, or product development. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes to pricing or these Terms will be communicated as required by applicable law.

10. LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solvy AI is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Techmen Agency is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of AI output, publishing decisions, third-party platforms, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
